ASSISTANT CHEF

This is a full-time role with approximately 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities are to assist the Head Chef in food preparation, menu planning, ordering, covering time off etc. You will need to have appropriate qualifications e.g. Food Hygiene Level 2 and City & Guilds 7061/2 or NVQ equivalent.

You will need to have relevant experience of working in a pub or restaurant and be happy to work split shifts and weekends as necessary.
